Prescription Refill Guide

⚠️ Important: If you don’t already have a Smart Refill account, please contact us to create one for you.
📞 Call us at [805-303-3646] and we’ll set it up quickly.

  • You will see two login options at the top of the screen:

    • For individual patients using our regular retail pharmacy services
    • For senior home or long-term care facility users

    ➡️ Select the tab that matches your type of service.

    1. Choose Patient Login or LTC Login
    2. Enter your User Name in the first field
    3. Enter your Password in the second field
      in the second field
    4. Click the Log In button to proceed to your prescriptions dashboard

    💡 Tip: If you forgot your login credentials, contact Pill Save support and we’ll assist you right away.

  • Click the “Generate” Button

    This will display a list of all active prescriptions associated with your account.

    • Select the Medication You Need
      Tick the checkbox next to the medication you want to refill (e.g., ASPIRIN EC 81 MG TABLET).
    • Click the “Request A Refill” Button
      After selecting the medication, press Request A Refill to submit your request.

    📌 Note: If you need to change the quantity of your medication, please contact Pill Save support directly at [805-303-3646] — this cannot be adjusted through the portal.

  • Type any notes you'd like to share with the pharmacist — for example, special instructions, pickup time, or questions.

    📍 Preference (required):
    Use the dropdown to choose how you'd like to receive your medication:

    • Pickup - Delivery - Shipping

    Once you're ready, click the green Send Refill Request button.

  • Once you click Send Refill Request, a pop-up message will appear confirming that your request was successfully submitted.

    That’s it! Your request has now been sent. Pill Save will review it and contact you once it’s ready.
